MTK DROIDTOOL ERROR :ERROR - file adbd not install

If you are trying to work with Droid tool and you are faced with this error message. All you have to do to resolve this is    1.Exit PdaNet in system tray if open 2.Close MTK droid tools 3.Disconnect the phone from PC 4.
